Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Logicsoft Computer Solutions ("Logicsoft", "we", "us") collects on logicsoftcomputers.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the information Razorpay requires of businesses that accept payments online.

It covers this website and the services you buy from us. It does not cover patient data held by a hospital or clinic in HealthCIP — that is explained in section 9.

We do not ask for, and do not want, special-category information through this website. Please do not send patient records, medical reports or patient identifiers through the contact form or by email; use HealthCIP for that.

3. Payment information

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited under Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy. Your card number, CVV, UPI ID and other payment credentials are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never sent to or stored by us. We receive only the information needed to confirm and account for the payment, such as the transaction ID, amount and payment method type.

4. Cookies and site storage

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use a small amount of browser storage that is essential for the site to work, such as remembering that a menu is open. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies when a payment is being made; those are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

5. Why we process it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to enquiries — your consent in submitting the form.
• To perform a contract — to supply the service you bought and to invoice it.
• To comply with the law — tax, accounting and records obligations.
• To keep the service secure — our legitimate need to prevent fraud and abuse, and to maintain and protect our systems.

6. Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Web3Forms and our email provider, which deliver the contact form to our inbox.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, who store the website and the services.
• Professional advisers, such as our accountants, where necessary.
• Authorities, where the law compels a disclosure; unless the law prohibits it, we will tell you first.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

7. Where it is stored and how long

Data is stored on servers used by our providers, which may be located outside India. Enquiries are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards; invoices and payment records are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires. Technical logs are kept for a short period unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.

8. How we protect it

Access is limited to people who need it, connections to this website are encrypted, and payment data never reaches our servers. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

9. HealthCIP and patient data

When your hospital or clinic uses HealthCIP, the clinic is the data fiduciary for its patients' records, and Logicsoft acts as a data processor. That processing is governed by the HealthCIP Organization Terms & Conditions and Data Processing Agreement. Patients should read the HealthCIP patient privacy notice. This policy does not apply to data entered into HealthCIP about patients.

10. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
• ask us to correct or complete inaccurate data;
• ask us to erase data we no longer need, subject to our legal obligations to keep records;
• nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or are incapacitated;
• withdraw consent, where processing rests on consent;
• complain to us, and if unsatisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise a right, write to grievance@healthcip.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve within 30 days.

11. Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect.
