Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, logicsoftcomputers.in, and any services, software or subscription you purchase from Logicsoft Computer Solutions ("Logicsoft", "we", "us"), including the HealthCIP hospital management system.
By using this website, placing an order, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our services.

2. Our services
We provide, among other things:
- website design and development;
- billing, accounting and business software;
- CCTV installation and related services;
- HealthCIP, our hospital management system, supplied as a subscription;
- IT consulting, hosting and support services.
What a particular engagement includes, the price, and the delivery period are set out in the quotation, order confirmation or invoice we issue, or on the relevant page of this website. Where these Terms and an order disagree, the order prevails for that order.
3. HealthCIP subscriptions
- HealthCIP is a product of Logicsoft Computers and is used by hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres.
- Plans, features and prices are listed on the HealthCIP pricing page.
- A subscription begins when your organization is created and the plan is activated, and continues for the billing period you chose (monthly or yearly) until cancelled under section 6.
- You are responsible for the accounts you create and for what those accounts do. Every user must have their own account.
- Patient data belongs to the clinic and its patients. Patient data is processed under the HealthCIP Organization Terms & Conditions and Data Processing Agreement, which apply in addition to these Terms.
- We may suspend an organization where these Terms are breached, where a security risk requires it, or where fees are unpaid. Except where a security risk makes it impossible, we will tell you before doing so and say why.
- We do not provide medical advice, and HealthCIP is not a substitute for the professional judgement of a qualified clinician.
4. Orders, payment and taxes
- Orders are accepted when we confirm them by email or when the service is activated, whichever is earlier.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept the payment methods Razorpay offers, including credit and debit cards, UPI and net banking.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give to Razorpay. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Subscription fees are payable in advance for each billing period, exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which are charged in addition.
- Payment gateway charges, if any, are those of Razorpay and are disclosed at checkout.
- Where a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend the service until it is settled.
- Prices may change for a renewal period. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to you; a change does not apply to a period already paid for.
5. Delivery of services
- HealthCIP is delivered electronically: after payment is confirmed, we create or activate your organization and enable the plan's modules, normally within one to two business days.
- Custom website, software and installation work is delivered according to the timeline in the quotation or order confirmation.
- Where delivery depends on information, access or sign-off from you, the timeline moves accordingly.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- you may cancel a subscription at any time, and it stops renewing at the end of the period you have paid for;
- fees for a billing period already begun are not refundable, except where we terminate the subscription without cause, in which case the unused portion is refunded pro rata;
- amounts charged in error, or for a service we did not deliver, are refunded in full.
7. Your obligations
- Provide accurate information, and keep it current.
- Use the services lawfully and only for their intended purpose.
- Keep your credentials secret, and tell us promptly if an account is compromised.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it.
- Comply with the law that applies to your business, including data protection law and the rules on medical records.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services to:
- break any law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages;
- store or process content you have no right to hold.
9. Intellectual property
The website, the software, its source code, design and documentation are owned by Logicsoft or its licensors and are protected by law. Your subscription gives you a right to use HealthCIP for your organization during the subscription period; it does not transfer ownership. Content you provide remains yours, and you grant us the limited right to use it to deliver the services.
10. Third-party services and links
Our services rely on third parties, including Razorpay for payments and cloud providers for hosting. Our website may link to other websites, including healthcip.in; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep the services available and maintained, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation unless a separate written agreement says so. Support is available at support@healthcip.in; we aim to acknowledge a request within one working day.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and cancel at any time under section 6.
- We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment, a breach of these Terms, or where the law requires it. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.
- On termination, your right to use the service ends. Where you ask, and where the law allows, we will make your data available in a usable form for a reasonable period.
13. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the fees you paid us for that order in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable dispute resolution procedure, the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date. Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
